At Beautifulcowries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU and Italian consumer protection laws.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at shop@beautifulcowries.net within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, name, and the items you wish to return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be undamaged (i.e. in the same condition we sent them)and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days after notifying us.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product was incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Because our shells are natural and unique pieces, we cannot accept returns for damaged or altered products.
Damaged/lost or wrong items
If your item did not arrive or arrived damaged, we are not responsible for damaged or lost items in the post. If your item arrives incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos; in such a case we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
